What Dopally provides

Dopally offers short games, a breathing pause and voluntary controls for selected distracting apps. The games and illustrated brain represent practice and consistency, not a medical assessment, brain repair, an IQ increase or a guaranteed change in behavior.

Use Dopally safely. Do not play while driving or when attention to your surroundings is necessary. Dopally is not an emergency or medical service.

The current release is free

Using this release does not start a subscription or authorize charges. Your local practice and progress are not conditional on a purchase.

Any future paid offering would disclose the actual App Store price, renewal and eligible trial terms before you confirm a purchase. If you have an existing Apple subscription, manage or cancel it through your App Store account; deleting Dopally data does not cancel billing.

You choose the protection

You select the apps, categories, websites, schedules and optional protection commitments. Review category-wide selections carefully so they do not include something you need. A temporary access window measures elapsed clock time, not only the minutes you actively spend in an app.

Dopally depends on supported iOS versions, granted permissions and Apple’s Screen Time services. Device changes, revoked permissions, other parental controls or operating-system behavior can affect protection. Recovery controls and permission settings remain available; protection cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.

Accounts and your progress

An account is optional for core practice. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide information you are entitled to use. Account backup requires connectivity and the configured account service; offline changes are saved locally before eligible synchronization.

You can delete your account and backup from the app’s account settings. If you need help, use the support page. Do not use another person’s account or attempt to access data that is not yours.

Fair and lawful use

Use the app for its intended purpose and comply with applicable law. Do not interfere with the service, abuse support, circumvent access controls on other people’s devices or redistribute our artwork and software without permission. Rights granted by applicable law and open-source licenses remain unaffected.

If local law requires parent or guardian permission for your use, obtain it. App Store age ratings and device requirements describe the published version; they do not replace any applicable legal requirements.

Availability and changes

We may improve or correct the app and its services. We aim to preserve earned progress, but device loss, storage failures, operating-system changes or unavailable network services can affect data or functionality. Keep account backup enabled if you want an eligible cloud copy and verify that it has synchronized.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The app is offered with the limits described here; it does not promise uninterrupted service or a specific cognitive, health or productivity outcome.

Privacy and contact

The Privacy Policy explains data practices and your choices. The Support page explains protection recovery, account deletion and how to report a problem. Updated terms will carry a new date; material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
